Robert Barrett’s Wildcats and Capt. Edward McCloy’s Woodsmen, two stellar baseball clubs, open the “home” sea son this afternoon when they meet on the Woodsmen’s home field at 4th Street South and “B” Avenue. This marks the opening game for the Wildcats, whereas the Woodsmen have already played seven games against col leges in the vicinity. Co. .L’s Polivehak lost his first contest of the season when he bowed to Co. G and put his team in a second place tie with Co. D which won its only game to move up in the standings.
